If your office is experiencing technical issues or have any technical questions, please call or email us to open a support ticket.
For any URGENT matters such as a server outage, call the office immediately.
When emailing us, please include the following and a trouble ticket will automatically be generated in our support system.
- A short description in the subject line
- A detailed description in the body including the name of the PC that is experiencing the issue as well as any screenshots or error messages that would help us resolve the issue.
- Your name and contact number. Please include a cell phone number or back office phone line at which we can reach you at after submitting the ticket.
