Onsite IT Services (included in Premium Support)
For issues or requests that cannot be resolved remotely, we provide onsite support. Whether it’s for the installation of printers or scanners or troubleshooting hardware issues with a system, we will coordinate a date and time that is convenient for you.
Our managed IT support plans include business-class antivirus and malware protection software for all your workstations. Keeping your network safe against ever evolving threats.
Our technicians monitor all servers for hardware issues, low disk space or backup job failures to minimize the chance of loss of data or down time. For any urgent matters that cannot be resolved by our staff remotely, you will be notified of the steps needed to resolve any issues.
Backup and Recovery
We take data backups very seriously. Our top priority is to protect your patient data because no one can truly predict when a server will fail. We monitor backups for all customers on a managed IT support plan. Our premium support plan also includes customer-encrypted offsite cloud backups for data and disaster recovery.
We update your server with the latest Microsoft security patches and Windows updates on a monthly basis, during non-business hours, to keep your systems safe and HIPAA compliant.
Software and Hardware
Our premium support plan includes scheduled on-site PC peripheral and software installation for you at no additional charge. This includes new scanners, signature pads, printers, intraoral sensors and any other dental software.
Secure Remote Access
Our managed IT services include secure remote access to your office PC and dental applications at no additional charge for providers and office managers. Providing such access allows our clients to check schedules, write notes, reschedule patients in case of inclement weather, view x-rays remotely for emergency calls, or to work on administrative tasks.
